FD Roosevelt Airport (EUX)
Access to St. Eustatius from St. Maarten's Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM). From here, Sint Eustatius is just 53 kilometers southwest of the coast of Sint Maarten (SXM), a short 15-minute flight to FD Roosevelt Airport (EUX) on Statia.

Makana Ferry
Reach St. Eustatius by ferry from several ports of call with daily services including St. Kitts (1 hour, 10 minutes), from Saba (1 hour) or St. Maarten (up to 3 hours). Click below for current rates, timetables and information.

No, we don't have a shuttle service. We can arrange a taxi for you to get you to the hotel.

Cancellation and Booking Policy
Reservation & Cancellation Policy – Individual Bookings

Reservation Guarantee
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged before your arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

• Late cancellation: For cancellations received within 24 hours before arrival, a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation will apply.
• No-show: In the event of a no-show, a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation will apply.

Changes and Cancellations
All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing by email. The cancellation date is determined by the date the hotel receives the written notice. We recommend contacting the hotel as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy – Group Bookings 
This policy applies to all group reservations of three rooms or more at Old Gin House. 

Reservation Guarantee 
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing with the hotel. 

 Deposit and Payment 
A deposit of 10% of the total reservation amount is due three months prior to the scheduled arrival date. The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the payment arrangements agreed upon in writing with the hotel. 

Cancellation Policy 
More than 72 days before arrival: The entire group reservation may be cancelled free of charge. 

• 72 to 31 days before arrival: If the entire group reservation is cancelled during this period, the 10% deposit is non-refundable.
• 30 to 7 days before arrival: If the entire group reservation is cancelled during this period, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: If the entire group reservation is cancelled during this period, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• No-show: If the group does not arrive and the reservation has not been cancelled in accordance with this policy, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. 

Changes to Group Reservations 
Any changes to the number of rooms, number of guests, or length of stay must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the hotel. 
Reductions in the number of rooms or nights may be treated as partial cancellations and may be subject to the cancellation fees outlined above.

Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a group reservation, the booker acknowledges and accepts these reservation and cancellation conditions.
