Diving options are diverse with several unique habitats including walls, historical wrecks, patch reefs, macro dive sites, lava flows, boulder slides, and rock outcroppings.
Select from several underwater archaeological sites and coral covered ship wrecks. One site in particular called the ‘Blue Bead Hole’ stands out. The blue beads found here hold historical importance in St. Eustatius. They were used as currency for enslaved people in the 17th century. The beads are the only artifacts divers are allowed to bring up and in certain areas.
